Isle of Wight Police have launched a public appeal to find a man believed to be connected to multiple shoplifting incidents that took place in Newport back in July.

It comes after a number of electric razors and toothbrushes were removed from Boots on Newport High Street at around 15:25 on Wednesday 27th July.

Another incident occurred the following day (28th July) at the same premises, whereby a further quantity of electrical items were removed from the store.

Police have carried out initial enquiries but are now appealing to the public to assist them in identifying who this person might be – as he could help aid their investigation.

Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting crime reference number 44220303706. Alternatively, you can contact the independent charity, Crimestoppers, anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Waste of time for us and the Police, as our jails are filled too overflowing with the third worlds rejects, then the Courts can’t jail anyone for meaningful lengths of time, so ALL that will happen is a silly low fine, which the state will pay anyway.

Either do the job properly or don’t bother at all. Needs locking up for ten years, keep prisons basic and thus cheap.

Too much money wasted on low life, lets pay foreign poor lands to jail our (and their own) low lives using their rules and laws to cater for their time spent in jail.

It would be cheaper for us, would provide income for poor lands, and most crims would NOT be back.

What people are failing to acknowledge is the person taking receipt of stolen goods. Newport very own Fagin springs to mind. Its probably one of his minions, try knocking on his door!!
