The real winners of the 74th annual ceremony
Last night, the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards took place at the Microsoft Theatre in downtown Los Angeles to recognise talents such as Jason Sudeikis, Lee Jung-Jae and Micheal Keaton for their outstanding contributions to television. As a matter of course, attendees turned up in their best – razor-sharp ‘fits (many of which were entirely white, a huge move) crafted by the likes of Gucci, Dior and Ermenegildo Zegna. Makes sense. Gone are the days of TV's subservience to the big screen. Seasons are sprawling, and expensive, and banner events events – perhaps even more so than any blockbuster without Tom Cruise on the billing. Makes sense, then, that the red carpets are just as big.
But who did it best? Keep scrolling to find out – and know that they're just as good as any Oscars get-up.
